KAISER DOWNEY URGENT CARE

I had a great experience. I heard lines could be long, so I got there around 8:20am and there were already about 15-20 people in front of me. Opening time was 9am and they opened the doors a little after 9. By 9:15 I was checked in, my vitals had been taken, and I was in a room waiting to speak with the doctor! All of the staff were friendly and compassionate and they quickly found a solution my medical problem.

The wait time wasn’t long because I went at a time when it wasn’t busy. I just want to say THANK YOU Dr lee for your care and compassion when seeing me. I went to this urgent care after being neglected at Kaiser Harbor McArthur, and Dr lee was so kind and actually listened to me when I explained what was going on. She referred me over to the ER where I was admitted and treated. Thank you for making me better so I could see my baby again.

I’ve came here several times and the longest I’ve ever had to be there was 2 hours that includes waiting, seeing me, sending me to get x rays, going back to see the doctor and picking up my prescription and this was during their busy time at 6:30pm. I live closer to another Kaiser but I was in the waiting room for 3 hours before I got seen. Not to mention they have an amazing staff! They’re all very attentive.
