Had my session with Ms. Leticia and how I wish everyone in the world has the same wisdom as she does. Very helpful and enlightening! Would definitely consider going back once financially stable. I had my first couple therapy session with Jason. I feel like I learned so much on our first session already about the cycles that we both fall into over and over and why things aren't working and fall back into the same routine. I really feel that he listens to what we say and pays attention. he doesn't waste time gives us an hour like we paid for.

I joined the Inner Circle Group for a year and I felt great! It really helped me understand myself a little bit better and grow as a person. Every other week we had a different topic to discuss and shared our thoughts and experiences. Having a support team with people like you can definitely help and knowing you are not alone is a plus. Overall this was a great experience to have and it was convenient as we'd meet in the evening via zoom.
