Thoughtful, friendly. Clean. Good service. Thorough exam except they missed the diagnosis. One thing you should always check on elderly women with fever, aches n chills is a urinalysis, just in Case.
Did the online check in and was seen quickly. I’m still currently being evaluated, but everyone has been very nice and has explained everything very throughly. I fell like I am actually being listened to and that the nurses truly care.
This experience is what it should be like at every doctors office.
Just took my 3 year old here for labored/heavy breathing and a bad cough. They immediately got us in a room and 3 nurses/doctors instantly got her a breathing treatment. After she was in the ICU for 2 nights last month, I was terrified. But they made it a decent experience for me and my child. We avoided the hospital because of them.
