SPRINGFIELD CLINIC URGENT CARE-MAIN REVIEWS

Wow! Great, fast service on a Sunday morning. Had a severe cough and sinus problem that got worse on Saturday. Went in Sunday and they quickly ran tests, had no positives and determined it was a bacterial infection. Prescribed meds and was feeling better the next night after 2 weeks of dealing with it. Great, friendly staff and very efficient.

Very quick service. From the receptionist at the front desk to the exam room, everyone was very polite and present. Christine was very professional and polite. She smiled several times which showed she likes her job. Joann the NP was also very professional too. The rooms were clean and organized.

Wonderful, caring service. I didn't have to wait long to see someone. The nurse practitioner was very nice and personable as was the whole staff. All my questions were answered. I would recommend this clinic to anyone needing health care.

This place is so so awesome I just came in almost passed out couldn’t breathe and they treated me with the highest care they could. Most importantly they took me seriously. Went to the er and almost waited 6 hours for probably the same thing this clinic if offering me. Awesome staff.

I have had mixed experiences at this clinic, however my experience today was wonderful. Tabitha and Peggy were an absolute pleasure to be around and relieved my medical anxiety.

I took my son here on a Sunday and the staff was great all the way around from the front desk to the MA and nurse to the NP. Very quick but very thorough and very kind.

Received excellent and professional care from Deborah the receptionist at front, Eric the nurse and Paula the np. Thank you! Came in for pink eye and a stye got a prescription for abt eye drops.had to come in for second visit for something else 4/2025 . Always receive excellent ,thorough ,professional care from all staff.

I went in after work. Expected to be in there for an hour atleast, in and out in about half an hour!!! All the workers were great and helpful on pain management ideas until meds kick in. Will take myself or kids there any time I cant get to my doctor.

Whole staff and nurse practitioner Deborah were very kind and thoughtful. Visit took less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend.
