This is my first ever review of anything but this fantastic staff needs a shoutout!!! They were very busy but very friendly. I had Ryder as my nurse. He did a great job and made me feel very comfortable. My PA (whose name I unfortunately don’t remember) was very kind and explained everything thoroughly while leaving me space to ask questions. Best urgent care around. 10/10.
Went to this urgent care this weekend with respiratory issues. I have never seen a doctors office/urgent care so busy. The admin staff was SO kind despite how crazy things were, and the doctors/nurses were also very kind, helpful, and organized. They also had a sweet lady disinfecting chairs/surfaces regularly in the waiting area. Very thankful for healthcare workers and how good of an experience I had here.
An amazing Urgent care. full of people who really care for you as a person and whatever issue brought you there. Respectful of my time. Listened fully to me. I wouldn’t change a thing. . . Well they deserve to make more money. It was that good. Thank you to the entire staff of the UCHEALTH Urgent Care.
