The staff went above and beyond to make me and my kitty feel comfortable and heard. They were kind, caring, and patient. Being my first time at Moore, I was nervous leaving my cat but as soon as I walked in, we were treated like we have been going there for years. I never felt rushed, everyone took the time to answer my many questions. Communication was amazing and I was kept in the loop before and after my cat's procedure. It is obvious that the staff loves working there. I highly recommend!

We had our first visit to Moore Animal Hospital a week ago & were so very impressed. The staff were friendly and attentive. Dr. Sara spent time explaining all options for care. They also followed up after the appointment. We are glad to have them care for veterinary needs.

My pets are well taken care of by the vets and vet techs at MAH. Always friendly service. I've taken all my pets (dogs, cats, guinea pigs, rabbits) there for 20 years. Dr. Backstrom and her team are amazing. Thank you for taking such good care of my fur babies.

With our first experience with this animal clinic, Dr Higgins took the time to get to know my Tink. She sat with Tink on the floor, making Tink much more comfortable. I felt she listened to my concerns & set my mind to ease. Dr Higgins provided me with great communication and clarity, which is very important to me. She called me the very next day with blood and urine test results. She didn't push medication when it's not necessary, like what I've experienced in the past from a different animal clinic. The staff were warm and welcoming. We'll be back with another one of my dogs, next week.

Our experience was great! We have been taking our cats to Friendship since it opened over twenty years ago and appreciate Dr. Smith and her associates. She’s thorough and caring and attentive to our concerns. She had great suggestions how to address our concerns. And we appreciate the complimentary first office visit for our newly adopted rescued kitty, Dolly.

Add an appointment for my dog with Dr Higgins. She was fantastic as was the entire team. All of them tried hard to make my anxious dog feel comfortable and Dr Higgins came up with cost-effective ways to solve my problems. Highly recommend.
