I highly recommend Dr. Zafar and his staff! 10/10 experience. Didn’t feel a thing throughout the entire vasectomy procedure and he did a great job at keeping me comfortable and collected. Currently 6 hours post op and I have zero complaints. Again, I highly recommend even if you’re on the fence. Just go talk to him and you’ll be glad you did!

Dr. Zafar and his staff are incredibly quick, professional, kind, and great to work with! They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and relaxed during stressful procedures. I would highly recommend him and his team to anyone.

Dr. Zafar and staff were great! I had a lot of anxiety going into the vasectomy procedure. They made me very comfortable during the entire thing. It took 10-15 min total and that was it. No pain and rather simple. If you’re thinking about doing it, go see Dr. Zafar and staff.

I was referred to Mark Kellerman, M.D. by my primary care physician. A better choice could not have been made. The staff at Urology Center of Iowa are all very pleasant and professional, this includes the receptionists, technicians, and nurses. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Kellerman. He is a very pleasant man. From day one he explained the nature of my condition and assured me that it was not life threatening. Treatment went from conservative (medication), to surgical. The surgery consisted of greenlight laser for BPH. The surgery was a complete success — all symptoms have completely resolved, and I was recently discharged from care. If you are fortunate enough to find yourself under Dr. Kellerman’ s care, you can be confident that you are in good hands.

I’ve been treated very professionally by Dr Kellerman and his staff for cancer in the urinary tract. The doctor has a great disposition that puts me at ease through a stressful situation. He gives me confidence. Thanks UCI.

He made me feel very comfortable and gave me his thoughts and advice based on what he would do if he was the patient. Extremely professional and kind.

I have had several appointments with Dr. Gallagher and all have been very professional. When it was confirmed I had cancer Dr. Gallagher called me personally, went through all the test information, next steps and any/all options I had. That meant a lot because not all other health professionals call you, they have someone else deliver that news. He made it a point to not complete our phone call until all my questions were answered. He handled my surgeries and follow up appointments, which again, were very thorough. He worked very well with my radiologist and together the three of us developed a plan, which has resulted in being cancer free. We are 'keeping an eye' on all test results but I know if I have any questions or need any assistance Dr. Gallagher will be available. He has been essential to me beating cancer and recommend him highly to anyone needing help with their cancer.
