Dr.Buch and his staff far exceed every other medical institute in both Dallas and Austin. Before my wife and I found Dr.Buch, we were working with another urologist out of Austin in regard to a vasectomy reversal who many see all over the web and news as "the best of the best". I can personally tell you our experience with the Doctor out of Austin was nothing more than a waste of time and money and a huge dose of anxiety. I could write a novel, but take my word for it, Dr.Buch is the doctor you want and can trust on a very important subject. He's not only reasonable on pricing, but he knows his stuff and doesn't see the patient as a money sign as many of these doctors do.

We have really enjoyed working with Dr. Buch. He has discovered an issue with my husband that two previous urologists missed. He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer complex questions that were too advanced for our previous specialists to answer. We are glad we found him.

I have been under Dr. Buch's care for a little over one year. He is great and takes the time to talk to his patients in order to find the right plan individualized plan. I feel like a new man and I can't thank him enough. I highly recommend!!!! A++++.

If 10 stars was an option, I would be giving 10. Incredible physician with a staff like nothing I have ever seen before. We live in Louisiana and traveled to Frisco for our sons second attempt at a hypospadias repair. The first surgery was performed in our hometown in Shreveport, LA. We are SO thankful we found Dr. Snodgrass through a friend so he could take care of our son for the second surgery. From our initial phone conversation, to the consultation, day of surgery, after care and follow ups we were treated like we were the only patient on the schedule. They never rush you, they communicate via email, you name it, they do it! The staff is unbelievably kind and intelligent and we are just proud to have experienced a practice like PARC Urology. A huge thank you to you Dr. Snodgrass and your team.

Dr. Snodgrass is #1 for hypospadias repair . He fixed my son with a severe case of hypospadias and curvature after a failed surgery with a local surgeon in PA . He is by far the best doctor ! Great bedside manners and truly knows what he is talking about when it comes to these repairs. I wish I would have went to him from the get go. If you want a doctor with lots of experience & success rates when it comes to Hypospadias repairs . This is the doctor ! We absolutely loved him and his passion for this condition.

We traveled out of state to have Dr Snodgrass preform surgery on our son. He was fantastic over the phone and email- helping us before we arrived. He was attentive to every detail during our pre surgical appointment and we had a next day surgery. His team is wonderful and so reassuring. Post op Dr Snodgrass and his team helped with our many questions and helping us with amazing post op care. Can't recommend enough!

Dr Ritchie is what doctors should be: patient, considerate and caring. After listening to my symptoms he actually validated my pain. It caught me off guard, bc I've been through so much medical gaslighting. I was so appreciative of this. He explained testing options, and during my test, he explained what he was doing before moving his hands every time. It created a safe environment despite the vulnerable position. Staff is amazing too.

A referral from my Primary Physician and I couldn't have been more satisfied. Dr. Ritchie was not rushed in any way during my appointment and had studied the notes (including mine) before walking into the exam room. A very personable, friendly and thorough conversation ensued which was an exchange between doctor/patient. I recommend him to all who like that type of honesty.

Dr. RITCHIE is very caring and takes the time to explain everything about you problem. He wants you to feel at ease. His staff is also very caring ands wants to do everything for you. Wish more doctors were like him and his staff.
