Was greeted by the receptionist kindly and explained to me the online check in service that was greatly appreciated. The clerk that took the urine sample was very kind as well. And well the Dr. Fernandez was quick to examine me and explained to me what's going on with my kidneys. The check out clerks were quickly and nice on the way out. A well managed group. Keep up the hospitality that you guys do.

Great doctor with a very efficient staff! He really takes his time to go over and thoroughly explain any concerns you have with your health. I have been his patient over 23 years and he has always been like this. I am very happy with the services they provide.

Jorge in the front desk was amazing and helped me fill out my paperwork. The nurses were very caring and efficient. The care I got was the best. Dr. Fernandez was kind and professional.

Both Dr. Ramirez and his staff are caring and professional. He takes time to answer any questions or concerns, I never felt rushed at all. I’m especially grateful for how he was very considerate to my personal situation. With a newborn at home I felt like he and his staff did whatever they could to get me the care I needed to get me back to what was really important to me. Finding doctors like Dr. Ramirez in Laredo is hard, it is such a blessing when you find one here locally. Thank you Dr. Ramirez and staff.

Exceptional personnel, clean waiting area, and hardly any wait time. Dr. Ramirez has excellent manners, very professional, and caring. He has always listened to my issues and addresses a solution without hesitation. I'm very pleased with his care.
