Dr. Gibbons went out of her way to explain medications: benefits, side effects, cost issues. She showed us how to get a med that insurance wouldn't cover more cheaply. Definitely exceeds expectations. She has always been a superb, thorough, caring Dr. The best.

Dr. Gibbons is WONDERFUL. I am so frustrated and depressed about my condition that I am barely functioning. She listened, explained things clearly, and is helping me through this. I cannot thank her enough.

Dr. Gibbons always answers my questions, shows an interest in my concerns and helps me understand what I really need to do under my unique situation. She is very patient with me.

Vasectomy. Heckler was upfront, honest and friendly. If Heckler was a general doctor, I would use her for everything. I will use Heckler for all urology needs. The consultation: Heckler was on time and quick. The procedure was gone over and all of my questions were answered. The vasectomy: I was prepped by the assistant, we talked about kids… it was not as weird as I thought it would be. The assistant left and Heckler came in within a minute. Heckler asked about pain or any feeling during the procedure. Heckler added more local when I felt the slightest pull on the right side. Heckler let me know what was going on throughout the procedure. When done, I was given instructions, a bag if aftercare and left to dress and exit.

Dr. Heckler performed surgery, along with pre-op and post-op care. The time and concern she provided before and after surgery - addressing my unique issues and questions - made my experience as positive as it could possibly have been. She has a knowledgeable and experienced perspective and addresses issues directly - but with compassion and empathy. Could not recommend her more highly.

I had a great experience with Dr. Heckler. I was very nervous to have a Vasectomy done. She was patient, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. I've recommended her to friends and they've had similar experiences. Highly recommended.

Dr Jason Smith's office staff are excellent and provide comfort in scary health situations and procedures. They put a patient at ease and present a friendly and professional attitude in their care! Dr. Smith is excellent, friendly, professional and knowledgable when it comes to my urology needs and diagnosis. I would highly recommend you to his care.

All went smoothly. Had to ask clarification about the prescription side effects a few times for clarification. He was telling me one thing, but his mannerisms were telling me something different. This prompted more questions.

Dr Smith was patient, authoritative, and put me at ease. I give him 10/10. He gets my full recommendation.
