The raw diet maintains the integrity of the vitamins, enzymes, and nutrients and ensures you benefit fully from what you enjoy. They don't use refined sugar or hydrogenated oils. Their desserts are sweetened commonly. Everything they create is made in-house by their culinary staff members. Vegan Cafe is based on "Celebrating Life".
