Very happy there are facilities like this , when our furry friends are sick in the middle of the night/early morning. We had to bring out kitty in. She had been fixed, at 4am the facility we had her fixed at wouldn't be open. (As expected,) We were able to come to the emergency facility and have her looked at. The staff is professional and helpful. The veterinarian on duty was ssssooo kind and nice She assisted our kitty. Our cat was in much pain, they gave her some pain meds as we waited. They offered the services they thought should be done. Then we were offered the quote before we made the decision. Of course our kitty being our friend $850 was well worth all they had suggested. Pain meds, antibiotics, ultrasound, and making sure her incision was going to stay closed. The vet explained what needed to be done and explained us what could happen if we opted out. The facility is very clean and updated . They had coffee tea and water available as you waited. They offer payment options if you need them

Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Our kitty Ash had a blocked urinary system and our vet told us to go to an ER vet so I chose this one. I'm so glad I did! I was able to check in online and when we got there they took our baby back immediately. Wonderful staff! Every single staff member was so kind and compassionate. They keep you updated every step of the way and follow up afterwards. I can't thank them enough for saving our boy. Rest assured that in an emergency, you can trust these folks with your pet's life.

I’ve brought my cat Gary here twice; once in 2020 when he was a kitten, and most recently a couple weeks ago in April 2025. I feel confident bringing him here and trust that he’ll be cared for by the vets and staff! This most recent visit, my cat was displaying some concerning neurological symptoms. The staff here was very kind and I felt they were thorough with the testing and treatment provided. Thankfully Gary is feeling a lot better now, and we’re grateful for his care and treatment from Animal Emergency Hospital!

CASCADE HOSPITAL FOR ANIMALS REVIEWS

After surgery complications at another vet and several ER visits over the weekend, our pup needed some immediate wound care. Cascade got us in within 24 hours! They were compassionate, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient throughout the whole process even knowing that we would eventually be finding a more local vet for long term care (we live 2 hours away). Amazing care and support from the front desk, tech intake and vet performing procedure. Vet talked to us before procedure and then called us after with detailed information and answered all of our questions. The front desk was so helpful gathering records from er and other vet and sending them all to me digitally to have for future care. Great place! It is expensive, but they are willing to help! Teddy is in his way to recovery!

Cascade Hospital for Animals is wonderful. The staff are all so nice and helpful and really care about your pets. My dog hated every other vet, but was actually excited every time I brought him here because they treat animals so well. Highly recommend!

Cascade hospital has been taking care of Chia for years. As she aged they were a compassionate and profession service. When it came time for Chica to pass, they referred us to Heaven at Home and it was the best way to end the story! Many thanks.

Besides being extremely welcoming and thorough everything was explained step by step absolutely no pressure when given options or recommendations everything is absolutely owners decision! With my boys nerves they were extremely gentle and caring when addressing our concerns! You are shown and given detail of everything being done they are very honest and I would highly recommend! Thank you!

am new to Family Friends Vet, but after just two visits I highly recommend them. Kimmy did an amazing job giving my extremely anxious dog Roy, time to feel more comfortable and less scared. I did not feel rushed at all! She was so patient, and compassionate, as was the vet who drew blood for his heart worm test, and did his exam. (I think it was Doctor Cooper.) Everyone there was very kind! Thank you!

Fantastic visit! They had a room ready for our nervous pup which helped to reduce her anxiety! Dr. Johnson was very thorough, it was a great experience! I love the in exam room checkout made for a very pleasant visit start to finish!
