I have been very pleased with all the services received here. My dogs were neutered here, receive their annual immunizations here, and they removed a mass from one of my dogs yesterday. Staff have always been friendly and professional. As the cost of traditional veterinary care becomes more and more prohibitive, this a great alternative.

I had my little 3 pound dog spad. They have very professional staff, great service. I am on a very limited social security budget, csnip is very affordable and really cares about your pet. I will recommend them to all my friends and acquaintances.

No issues. And everyone was very friendly! The prices are very reasonable for those of us that are on a budget. Plan ahead in case they are busy, book for the next month. You can also donate as a tax deduction.

Very happy there are facilities like this , when our furry friends are sick in the middle of the night/early morning. We had to bring out kitty in. She had been fixed, at 4am the facility we had her fixed at wouldn't be open. (As expected,) We were able to come to the emergency facility and have her looked at. The staff is professional and helpful. The veterinarian on duty was ssssooo kind and nice She assisted our kitty. Our cat was in much pain, they gave her some pain meds as we waited. They offered the services they thought should be done. Then we were offered the quote before we made the decision. Of course our kitty being our friend $850 was well worth all they had suggested. Pain meds, antibiotics, ultrasound, and making sure her incision was going to stay closed. The vet explained what needed to be done and explained us what could happen if we opted out. The facility is very clean and updated . They had coffee tea and water available as you waited. They offer payment options if you need them.

Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Our kitty Ash had a blocked urinary system and our vet told us to go to an ER vet so I chose this one. I'm so glad I did! I was able to check in online and when we got there they took our baby back immediately. Wonderful staff! Every single staff member was so kind and compassionate. They keep you updated every step of the way and follow up afterwards. I can't thank them enough for saving our boy. Rest assured that in an emergency, you can trust these folks with your pet's life.

I’ve brought my cat Gary here twice; once in 2020 when he was a kitten, and most recently a couple weeks ago in April 2025. I feel confident bringing him here and trust that he’ll be cared for by the vets and staff! This most recent visit, my cat was displaying some concerning neurological symptoms. The staff here was very kind and I felt they were thorough with the testing and treatment provided. Thankfully Gary is feeling a lot better now, and we’re grateful for his care and treatment from Animal Emergency Hospital.
