Video Memories, a business operated by a knowledgeable & helpful owner. I called to see how I could repair a specific problem. A question on a type of digital formatting issue & video copying need. After explaining my particular issue, I was walked thru a resolution to solve the issue. I must say that customer service is a top priority at Video Memories. I was able to resolve the issue & copy everything myself after a short explanation. How many people are that customer friendly nowadays? Not many, but Video Memories is top notch. I definitely would recommend them to family or friends. 5 Star service .
