Pho Winner Vietnamese Restaurant

This is one of my favorite spots in Norman and has been for over a decade. Me and my dad used to come here after doctors appointments, bad days, celebrations. It's always such a warm and friendly experience. Today, I'm not feeling well and I needed that pick me up I can count on. Thank you guys for always being the best.

I have loved pho winner for years now. I don't get to it very often. With pleasure the restaurant hasn't changed or gone through what I call the "OU remodel" wonderful food!!!!! Owners and workers are were nice and have always been.

Best hole-in-the-wall type place we've been to in a while! Food is great though it looks old and worn on the outside and you can tell they put their hearts into the food. Definitely a regular for us in the future.
