This place is such a hidden gem here in Norman. I went with my girlfriend and we were both super skeptical about the place upon first walking in. The floors were sticky and the place seemed a bit run down, however, the reviews said this place was really good. They weren’t wrong, the service was amazing and the food was even better. The presentation and the taste of the sushi was culinary! I’ll be coming back again really soon.
Very best place ever for sushi. Fresh and interesting new takes on sushi that I have not encountered before and I eat a TON of sushi nationwide. Fish was super tasty and very clearly extremely fresh. Service was incredibly fast, fair priced, and staff was amazing. 10/10 will definitely go again next time I'm in the area.
Great location and vibes! Love this place.They also have some arts in the dining area. Got a poke bowl there. It’s a bit pricy but food is fresh so it’s totally worth it. Definitely gonna visit again.

I order from here weekly. The owner is very kind and always treats his employees well. The employees themselves are always so willing to help and work as a team and the service shows! The food is obviously great for me to come every week. I order something different every time and I haven't been disappointed yet. I will definitely continue to make this my go to sushi spot in Norman.
The BEST sushi in Oklahoma so far! The staff are the nicest people you will ever meet. Treat you like family as soon as you walk in the door. The food comes out promptly. I promise you, they don't disappoint in any area here.
Great stop for lunch! Fast, friendly and attentive employees. I had the Naughty Girl Roll and the Salmon Lovers Roll both were very fresh and tasty. Too bad I was just passing through, definitely would go back.

VOLCANO SUSHI BAR & HIBACHI REVIEWS
Super tasty sushi and salads. Got a variety of sushi rolls and seaweed & cucumber salad. Also got the grilled salmon and it was delicious. Called in order and it was ready when I arrived. Lady at the counter was prompt and courteous. Will be back again for more goodness.
All of the food was great especially the gyoza. The environment was nice and the ac was especially nice when it's 104 outside. My only gripe was how expensive the hibachi and land items were but overall everything tasted amazing.
First of all, I’m a big fan of Sushi. Second of all, I’m also a big fan of Volcano. I’ve been to most of their locations (They have a couple in the OKC metro), and the service and quality of food is consistently amazing. They have a large selection, things other sushi places don’t have, and a great atmosphere. Great for lunch or dinner.
