Olivier was GREAT to work with. I, personally, feel like getting a professional photo is worse than going to the dentist, but he made it so easy, and completely enjoyable. I had a photo shoot with him in September 2017. He was upbeat and casually joked around with me, which helped me to relax. I was up front about my photo flaws - droopy left eyelid, crooked teeth, normal stuff that many of us have, but that seem to be amplified in photos. He knows all the tricks to minimize these! He was professional, his pay method was straightforward, and he followed up within a week, as he said he would. I was sent a selection of photos, from which I could choose which ones I’d like to have touched-up. These photos were so fantastic, it was very hard to choose! I paid for one to be touched-up at the time of the shoot, but I ended up paying to have one more touched-up because they were so good!! Again, he was prompt with getting the touched-up photos to me. No complaints! Five stars.
