I love everyone at MRC Columbus , GA. Amanda is my consultant and she is very supportive and awesome. This program works. I feel much better with the weight I've lost so far. I'm half way.

I started going in March of this year and to date I have lost 40 pounds. The program uses food from the grocery store and you make your own meals. The people there are very friendly and I love going there. Try it.
