Options Medical Weight Loss

I just wanted to say how pleased I am with the results that I have had at Options Medical Weight Loss in Chandler. Shan, my counselor, has been so encouraging and helpful through this process. When I have any questions, he has the answer or will find it out quickly so that I can stay on track. The entire staff is so positive and really cares about each person that comes into this facility. They make me want to stay on track and continue to reach my goal. This has been the best experience that I have ever had when trying to lose weight. Thank you all!

What an amazingly educational experience. Here’s how good everyone is at this location. I can’t decide to write about how awesome Sarah was when I got there, or how smart and insightful Shan was, or I could tell you how he took the time to answer ALL my wife’s question or I could write this survey about what an incredible person Gigi is…. So many great people and so many great things to say. I guess I’ll just say, in my opinion everyone should come here to learn and program their lives and their behaviors.

Maria, the manager at The Chandler clinic is awesome! I had an issue with my billing and she was so understanding and helpful. She took care of the issue for me immediately. That is excellent customer service and I appreciate her attention very much.
