No words can explain how great full I'm to SOTA they have changed my life. So far I have lost over 50 pounds. I have more energy, no more inhaler, confidence, I like the way look and feel. But the most important thing is that "I'M HAPPY". The staff is awesome! They are100 percent there to help you achieve your goal weight and to keep it off. Life changing. It isn't cheap, and it takes commitment, but it works. I've lost fifty pounds, and so far continue to not only keep it off, but slowly drop a pound or so every week while in maintenance. Everyone has been kind, helpful, and encouraging.
