Perry's Services

The owner, Benton Perry, does an excellent job of cleaning the windows and skylights at my house. I like that it the same person each time as opposed to a crew that could be different people. This allows for a consistent quality of work. He has a pleasant personality, is neat, timely and reasonably priced.

I have used Perry's Exterior Services many times for our beachfront house in Newport Beach for both interior and exterior window cleaning, and he provides outstanding, superior service. Hs is pleasant, knowledgeable, timely, personable and does fantastic work. He is always accommodating and works around our rental schedule. He even repaired a window for me, saving an expensive service call. I highly recommend him and will continue to use him on a regular basis. I even referred him to our property management company!

Mr. Benton Perry cleaned our windows and screens yesterday for the first time - he did a great job, was polite and friendly and arrived on time. Previously we had used a window cleaning service that sent a different crew each visit - unfortunately some were better than others. We like that Benton does the work himself and that we can count on him doing another great job in the future. Thanks Benton!
