I used TRT to pressure wash my driveway and the extensive sidewalk around my corner lot and I couldn't be happier. This company is all about customer service, from Jay, the General Manager, to Alfonso, the tech who performed the work in the pouring rain. The TRT staff truly wants to ensure the customer is pleased with the job and follows up with an email survey to find out. If there are any problems, TRT will make it right. I've seen other companies pressure wash in my neighborhood and the results don't come close to TRT. The company's equipment is the most high-powered I've ever seen and the results are fantastic. Everyone I encountered on the TRT team was knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Appointments are booked quickly and Alfonso arrived right on time. Bottom line, I'm very, very pleased with TRT's staff and the quality of work they do. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
