I am so happy I was recommended to come to the Yoga Roots. I’ve only been here a short time, and already have so many things to say. The owner, Shannon. She is so accommodating and helpful! She is very welcoming and treats everyone as if they’ve been there for years, even if it’s their first day. I can’t say enough positive things about her, she is the nicest, most generous human! Also, the classes! I have not taken a class so far that I don’t like. I get a good workout in while learning yoga, a passion I’ve been trying to follow for a long time. All of the teachers have been so helpful and definitely know yoga inside and out. With the short amount of time I’ve been here, I’ve had such a positive experience. I would recommend this place to anyone, it’s such an awesome community to be apart of.
I took a week of classes here, and really enjoyed each one. The instructors were all wonderful and very constructive and encouraging. I felt supported and welcome as a beginner, I just wish I could afford to come here consistently. Facility was always clean and smelled great, with good vibes all around
