Above and Beyond is just that. The well designed studio space is welcoming, exceptionally clean and the classes are mindfully taught by certified and very capable teachers. The salt tent and salt room adds an additional level of wellness that could be beneficial to anyone; especially those suffering from any respiratory aliment. Tucked away im West Mobile is this treasure chest of a loving community and an array of yoga and wellness options.

After months of sinus issues and recommendation from my chiropractor, I decided to check out Salt Therapy at Above and Beyond, as a natural treatment option. It works beautifully and I wish I had gone sooner. The Yoga classes are also an amazing experience! This is such a healing placeTotally worth the investment!.

As a mother of little ones I’m always on the go. The environment upon entry was inviting. Upon entering the salt room and sitting down in the comfortable adjustable chairs, I instantly felt relaxed. The 40 mins session surprisingly didn’t fly by. I actually took an uninterrupted nap and left feeling absolutely refreshed! I SHALL RETURN .
