A wonderful community of some of the kindest humans I have had the joy of knowing. Breezy creates a safe space for all levels of movement, and the love she has for her studio and students is evident as soon as you walk in. The wide range of class offerings will meet you where you are, and expert guidance in each class ensures all students feel empowered to take care of their bodies. Cannot recommend this studio enough!!.

Barefoot Studio is outstanding. We have been going to the studio for 15 years, and have visited many studios in LR. This one is the best. Classes and instructors are top notch and there is a great sense of community. I would recommend anyone give it a try.

Barefoot studio is an amazing space - very inviting atmosphere and the variety of classes are great! i really enjoy the hot yoga classes. breezy is an amazing person inside and out - if you’re considering yoga classes - this is your sign!!.
