Highly recommend if your looking for a studio that you feel welcomed and comfortable in. I wanted to check out a studio in the area since we frequently visit so I signed up to do a free class hatha gentle yoga just to get a feel since it had been a couple of years since I last practiced. I registered/booked online literally on my way and it was super easy. I showed up and realized I didn’t have a mat, but I was able to rent one for $5. Check in was easy, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, the environment is clean and well kept. The class itself was amazing and easy to keep up with especially for beginners there were several in my class loved it so much I stayed for the 75min Hot yoga ($25 drop in) so glad I did if your looking for a workout check this class out soooooo good. I wish I could find a small business like this at home. I will definitely be back they have something for all levels.

Her commitment goes beyond mere responsibility, showcasing her as a passionate individual who gives herself wholeheartedly. Hot yoga was the best. Diana, Great instructor , had a great time , very professional and knows her stuff. Had an amazing time with the whole Army group. Just had an amazing time, thank you , you made a lot of Soldiers better in their lives.
