My fiancé and I have been coming to Body4yoga for about a month now and when I tell you we don’t only found our wellness and health journey here, we were also welcomed with positively overwhelming sense of community. Everything about this studio is in the right places; from the teachers who are so unique and so beautifully trained to cater to your needs or practice levels, to the way the owners receive you with open arms every class (quite literally, you feel Iike you’re stepping into their home) it’s just… wow… I’ve been longing for a place like this for a very long time and I cannot believe it’s been right around the corner, just a 5 min drive from home.

AMAZING instructors, great energy in every workout class. Non judgmental environment! I really love this studio so much, I have taken many different classes and each instructor has been amazing. Truly so happy I came across this studio! 10/10 recommend.

What can I say. This place has changed my life for the better over the 6 years that I’ve gone. From the students, to the teachers.. this community is amazing. A very positive and loving environment where you can truly grow your practice on and off the matt.

Energy Yoga has been an incredible place to start and grow my yoga practice. The studio is warm, welcoming, and full of positive energy. David, the owner and founder, is an excellent mentor and human being who has created a transformative teacher training program. His guidance and support have been invaluable in my journey from student to teacher. The teaching team is fantastic, each bringing a unique style and depth of knowledge to their classes. I am so grateful to be a part of this amazing community. Highly recommend Energy Yoga to anyone looking to deepen their practice.

I went to the energy Yoga and wellness center last Thursday for the first time. I took the warm yoga class with Karla Bartolone. I have never taken a warm yoga class before in my life and I loved it. I will definitely come back. The space was clean and tidy. It is accessible for wheelchairs and it does have restrooms in site. They offer different packages I am interested in the 8 classes for 80$ or in the new student special $49 for an entire class of unlimited yoga and meditation classes. the schedule is available in the studio or online.

As someone who has been searching for a welcoming environment for a few months, Energy Yoga was a pleasant surprise. An enriching experience. A great pleace to practice and take care of mind.

The instructors are compassionate and knowledgeable, creating a warm and welcoming community. Every time I walk out, I feel completely rejuvenated—both physically and mentally. It’s more than just a yoga studio; it’s a sanctuary for the mind, body, and soul. Highly recommend.

I took the sculpt class with Sydney and it was challenging! I left feeling stronger than when I went in. The studio is a beautiful space with convenient lockers and it's own smoothie bar. Parking is very easy to find. I'm definitely putting this studio on regular rotation.

This studio is amazing and well-maintained. They take great pride in the cleanliness and upkeep of their space. I took a few classes with different instructors and highly recommend Stephanie. Her classes cater to all skill levels, with a soothing touch of calmness. Go check it out for yourself.
