My first time to this studio and Faith was extraordinary. I appreciated her walking around the room and helping the class with adjustments. She had a great energy and presence. I enjoyed the paint color and ambiance of the studio room. The class was diverse in many ways and everything felt welcoming and comfortable. All around a great experience.

Took at class at the Detroit studio on lunch break yesterday, met Shay for the first time! She was great. Loved her unique blend as a change of pace. Her flow also inspired me to move out of my comfort zone. Love seeing new faces and different instructors!.

Friendly and welcoming staff for my first class, especially Lindsay. Easy to follow instructions, good ambiance. I like their new student promotional prices too.
