DETROIT YOGA LAB REVIEWS
I've been going to Detroit Yoga Lab for a few months now and I love it! Every instructor that I have practiced with have been great and unique to their own practice. The environment is quite welcoming and encouraging. There are events and different opportunities happening every month so there's always a chance to get involved in different ways. The location is great, very walkable area and free street parking nearby. My only complaint is there being no early/morning weekday classes (which I would love to take advantage of if ever offered), other than that this place is practically perfect. Grateful to have found the detroit yoga lab - hoping to continue my practice here for a long while!.

Sarah Weckerle is the Founder and Certified in Original 90. She practiced various yoga style but unique interest in 26 & 2 practice and aims to provide a lovely environment for the learners. Their yoga class can improve your body from the inside out and let go of all your worries. Their studio has highly qualified and professional teachers to teach traditional yoga, and they graduated from a nine-week intensive Teacher Training Program. They offer the original 26 & 2 series, a refreshing workout for all practitioners, and pilates, HIIT, yin, and massage. Midtown Yoga Wellness Center class is practiced in a heated room to promote cellular metabolism, detoxification, and the muscular system's suppleness. You can get the best result when you do yoga three times a week. They provide student and senior drop-in discounts. The studio provides lot of street parking and two small parking lots.

MIDTOWN YOGA WELLNESS CENTER REVIEWS
This is my favorite place anywhere to do hot yoga. The studio walls are concrete with a ceiling that is about 20 ft. high with heaters running throughout the studio, which is perfect. The studio stays very hot (sometimes a little too hot, which is worse than the alternative). All the instructors I've had are great and focused on yoga without music...YAY! Well, mostly,without music. There is usually street parking in addition to the small lot next to the studio. Reminder that street parking is free in Sunday in Detroit.
This place is for EVERYBODY! Yes, Bikram yoga is hot and super hard, but the people here at this studio make it worth the struggle. I have been welcomed with consistent kindness, great explanations, and solid tips that make each pose both aspirational and approachable at the same time. Shoutout to Jennifer especially for her excellent guidance. But honestly all of the teachers are really great. You won’t regret coming here.
I absolutely love Midtown Yoga. I was a newbie to Bikram when I started and now it's been just over a year since I've been coming. The instructors are wonderful teachers and are so kind. I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a healthy body and mind.
