I just started doing yoga again after healing from a hand injury. And I am so grateful to have found this gem of a studio right in my neighborhood. I started last week with an unlimited new member plan and have been “binging yoga” instead of binge watching Netflix lol. I love that they have sound healings and other special events along with family and children’s yoga and even bunny yoga. I have been going almost every day devouring every class with awesome teachers. I highly recommend this studio!.
Cici and the studio are so amazing! The location is awesome and she is just an amazing person. Loved coming for the sound bath!!!!.
I love going to Harmony yoga studio because it offers so many things, from sound bath, lunch time flow and my favorite Hatha yoga.
