Hot Yoga Vancouver

I love this Hot Yoga studio! Doing yoga at all, much less in a hot room, was new to me but it has been transformative physically and mentally. It is also a great community and I really value all the support I have received from the instructors. I recommend giving it a try if you are up for a challenge! They stress that everything can be adapted to each person’s capabilities on any given day, so the benefits are there no matter what.

Hot Yoga Vancouver is a wonderful place! I go there to fuel my day and rejuvenate my soul. There is a variety of classes and times to make it user friendly in finding a time that fits into one’s schedule. The teachers are friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about yoga. If you are looking for a place to practice or try hot yoga, this is the best place to go, hands down.

I love everything about this place. Teachers are awesome and very knowledgeable. Classes are challenging and fun; you will feel great after them. Living abroad and having this lovely community to support you makes the experience even more enriching. We are like family, and I encourage everyone to try it and be part of the HYV family.
