Great experience here with Sheila. She is very knowledgeable and kind. They recently changed locations to an intimate residential setting, don't let this deter you! Very good energy with lots of upcoming amenities and improvements it sounds like. We were challenged and educated, and left feeling very good and refreshed! They also have Zoom options. Really great to see a local business be resilient and innovative during some trying times. Worth your business for personal wellness for sure!.
