Sumits Yoga KC

New to yoga. They are friendly, welcoming, and reassuring every moment. It's tougher than you think but more approachable at the same time. Sumit60 is a fantastic experience. 10/26 update: Google wants to know if Sumits has changed? Well, if anything it's better and better. I wasn't sure I was a "yoga person" and I may or may not be. But I'm definitely a Sumits person.

Have not done hot yoga in about 5 years and I felt so welcomed and comfortable. Literally a non judgment zone but the entire workout was worth every single drip of sweat. I hadn't felt so good after a workout in a long time and I have so much gratitude for the class and look forward to many more. It's worth the drive!.

Awesome place! I'm new to yoga and I'm glad I'm starting with them. Friendly instructor, and HOT classes. Prepare to sweat!.
