Yoga Cave

This is the most fantastic yoga studio I have ever been to. If you live anywhere near Naperville, you must try the Yoga Sculpt class taught by Joanne. It will change your life. I look forward to it so much when I can make it and you will love how you feel at the end of class. Be warned, it’s challenging but in the very best way and everyone just works at their own pace. The music is amazing too.

This yoga studio is the absolute best, all the instructors are amazing and bring life to these classes and your life. Amazing environment and you always leave with wise words and a deep perceptive. Yoga cave is the best hot yoga studio! Offers great variety of classes, my favorite being Sculpt with Joann! She is exactly what you want from an instructor. Environment is warm and relaxing, always finishes class with meditation and words of wisdom that stay with you long after the workout is over.
