The technician was very thorough and polite. He explained very well the difference in technology which I prefer because there is no residue and everything is water based. Very happy with the professionalism of the entire company since I called to schedule until the service was finished. Kudos to Zerorez and the team.
Jeremy was a magical person. So interested in a perfect experience. Love their staff and the quality work. My carpets were horrid due to teenagers and dogs. After Jeremy was done….I thought he put in new carpet! Holy smokes! This company ROCKS!
They did an awesome job getting some pet stains out of the carpet. I couldn’t get a urine smell out and it was driving me nuts. They did an awesome job with the deep sub surface clean!
