I went in last night to browse parts for a PC I wanted to build. The demand for the newest graphics cards is high, so understandably so their selection was a bit low. Out of curiosity I decided to browse their selection of prebuilt PC’s. Jake was a HUGE help in finding me exactly what I was looking for in a PC, and I found one I was very happy with. He was very patient with me too as they were close to closing. His help made for an awesome experience and I’m happy with my purchase. I’ll only be shopping here from now on for all my PC needs.

My computer broke twice in two days. The folks here took time to talk to me about my issue, reassured me that I had all the parts+tools I needed, and offered great advice. I got my new SSD+PSU installed and now I’m up and running again.

Super fast and helpful! I worked with Jeremiah and he was extremely transparent with explaining what was wrong and providing options for ways I can fix the issues in my own. I dropped off my computer at 2pm and by 4pm he already completed the diagnostic with ways of fixing it. He also talked to me about potential upgrades for the future I should consider. Great help! Had a major issue reinstalling Windows on my laptop - Friday morning they had me back up and running so fast and even helped me optimize it and install correct graphics card drivers! tbh It's now better setup than when I first got it. Super friendly and very responsive and a short walk from downtown. 100% will be using them again - great job.
