Andrea's team did an excellent job from start to finish. The integration of the design team and GC made a huge difference. From the initial planning through to the completion of the project, there was clear, consistent communication between us, the design team and GC. The design team's vision for the design of our renovation was fantastic. They pushed us to try things we never would have if we hadn't used them. Their concept was exactly what we needed. From the strategy to the wall covering, to the flooring, to the furniture - they created the exact vibe they said they would and it worked. Having the GC in house instead of being a third party was massive. He and the design team were part of the initial planning and worked seamlessly throughout the project. We never once felt that they were not on the same page. He did a great job bringing in pros to do the work and made sure the final product was high-quality and did an outstanding job keeping us on schedule. We were back in our house within 45 days of our original end-date. (we were out of our house for nine months). The ASI team did an amazing job designing our home. We love the custom furniture they designed, and all the accentuating pieces they found.
