I somehow found him by accident on online forum. He answers my questions directly and efficiently without shady/ hidden fees and his turnaround time is far faster than the average. He completed my personal tax returns within three days of sending him the required materials. I will be utilizing his services again in the future.

I have been working with Richard for so many years now and I have no plans of going elsewhere. He is very fast at responding to questions, always within the same day. His employees are also super fast with responding to me too - overall, just great customer service! He's also a very funny guy so it's always a pleasure working with him.
