Piting is wonderful, very knowledgeable and very friendly. I’ll definitely continue to work with her for as long as she’s working. The Asian lady at the front desk is also very nice. I wish the manager / owner wasn’t so money hungry though and was more of a people’s person. He’s also not an accountant so he shouldn’t be giving advice because he almost lost me as a customer a few months back with his arrogance and ignorance. Nonetheless still giving it a 5 due to the kindness and expertise of Piting.

I had an amazing experience at this Block Office! My advisor was personable, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. It didn't feel at all like getting my taxes done (or how it has in the past). Zenaida was so sweet and nice, she helped me with my taxes which were more complicated that year due to foreign income. Would absolutely recommend.

Such a huge help, so kind and easy to work with! She answered all my questions and was available for communication by phone, email and in person for me. I worked with Ada Xin.
