The process was quick and easy. When we first reached out, we weren’t committed to buying and just wanted to see what was out there and how we should prepare for the process. Stephen was not pushy at all and was very understanding of our goals. He answered our endless and probably annoying questions with patience and detail. The first weekend we went out to tour units, Stephen found the perfect home for us and we decided to put an offer in right away. With Stephen’s expertise, the first offer we put in on one of the first homes we toured was accepted the same week that it was listed! He helped us get a fair deal and make sure all our questions and concerns were addressed from offer through closing. On top of that, the vendors that Stephen recommended were perfect.
