About 30 years ago, we decided to engage a Tax Consultant to file State and Federal Taxes for us here in Santa Clara. We have never regretted that decision. Our first was a single person operation and we were well served, however service ended due to retirement but recommended we transfer to Diaz-Christian’s Tax Accountants, also in Santa Clara and to whom we applied. They have done our taxes for at least seven years and even managed to do a superior job as have been available for off season consultation’s regarding random family financial questions that have arisen. Each year Diaz-Christian’s mail a booklet type questionnaire for the applicant to fill out. Contains a set of Yes/No questions along with a full set of sample of basic tax forms. In each section it shows what was filed the previous year which not only is a guide, it ensures we don’t miss anything as we enter the current information into the booklet as the applicable tax forms arrive in the mail. As soon as we are able to match the previous year’s filings we simply make an appointment and return the booklet with the support documents, This past Tax Year 2023, we handed in our package Feb 16, were called in to sign off returns on Feb 20, when Diaz-Christian’s electronically filed our returns for us. Feb 26 both tax refunds were electronically deposited in our checking account. That IS service.
