Sunny is not only an experienced, knowledgable & invested (pun intended!) financial planner, but also has numerous qualities that have become increasingly rare & precious including (but certainly not limited to) solid communication skills, strong attention to detail, a broader understanding of financial planning (including some degree of tax concerns/impacts), and a long-term relationship building perspective. Given my own Customer/Client Services/Success based background, and my expectations of a certain level of professionalism and efficiency, as a former COO, I have exceptionally high standards, and Sunny impressed me from the start and has continued to do so throughout most of our interactions. Hence, I can confidently & enthusiastically recommend his services to friends, family, and strangers alike.

My wife and I visited Sunny for general financial advisement and whether or not it was realistic to buy a home. He spent more than an hour with us giving us financial planning advice and helping us assess our savings and debt. He answered every question we had thoroughly without ever seeming like he was "keeping" information for later visits or leading us on. I have been a client of JR Financial for nearly 4 years. My wife and I were entering our 50’s with retirement and life goals, but no real plans on how to achieve these goals. I interviewed ten financial advisors, and then reference checked the top five. James was clearly the best fit for our family. He helped us develop a plan that allows us to focus on living our life without stressing about finances. We have a high level of confidence in his services. After four years, we are even more confident we made the right decision. Not only did James help us with our investments, he helped us to see the bigger picture with appropriate life insurance and estate planning. The team also prepares our taxes. JR Financial is the complete package.
