3 Best Acupuncture in Cedar Rapids, IA

I had my first ever acupuncture experience at @AnimaHealingArts, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for acupuncture in the Cedar Rapids area! I've always been a bit nervous around blood draws, shots, finger pricks, etc. but Christey is a close friend so I knew that I'd want to try acupuncture at least once now that she's practicing here in Cedar Rapids. She explained everything that she was doing during my appointment and talked through what points she was choosing and why they fit with what we had talked about during my intake conversation. I asked dozens of questions and she took the time to answer all of them and made sure I was comfortable. At the end of the session I felt relaxed and restored - a great first acupuncture experience!

I had acupuncture done to help alleviate swelling and pain in my knee. The first session helped alleviate the tense spot that was causing the most irritation, overall the knee is doing well 3 weeks later. Will definetly be adding more acupuncture into my life!

I started seeing Dr. Teggatz in July of 2024. I started having health issues in November of 2023.
