3 Best Acupuncture in Knoxville, TN

I have always been a very fit and energetic person. For about the last 18 months my health had been in a downward spiral, everything from a hysterectomy to thyroid issues to cardiac issues. My health impacted my life so negatively, I had to change careers because I could no longer handle the physicality of my work as a first responder. I found Amber and decided to give Acupuncture and herbal remedies a try. After three weeks of both with Amber, for the first time in literal years I am starting to feel like myself again!!! Not only that, but Amber takes the time to really listen and contemplate treatment. She is not a "cookie-cutter", one size fits all, kind of practitioner. Furthermore, in a time where true human connectivity is waning, she goes out of her way to make a true connection with her patients and she never makes you feel rushed. She always makes sure that you are heard and comfortable and a part of the process. I honestly can't say just how much what she has done for me means to me. She gave me back hope and she gave me back my life. She's not a pushy salesperson, she's truly a caring whole health practitioner. If I could give her 10 stars out of 5, I would.

While dealing with an ongoing knee issue a friend suggested acupuncture. Having no knowledge or experience with acupuncture I also had no pre-conceived notions. I found Amber based on location and reviews and figured why not. The first visit was very informative with Amber taking the time to answer all my questions. She didn't promise the world or make me swear off western medicine, it was just another tool to stay healthy. I found the actual session to be super relaxing, much like a massage. To say the least, the results were better than expected, I very quickly saw results for my knee issue. On subsequent visits we have worked on a very specific lower back issue, and again I have seen progressive improvement. I recommended Amber to my wife but told her that her results may differ just to temper her expectations. No need, she loved the session and also saw results fairly quickly. Can't say enough about Amber and the facilities. Great experience. Five stars.

Amber is kind, knowledgeable, and patient. I've been getting acupuncture from her for close to a year now and it has been worth every penny. Even when I come in holding a lot of stress or anxiety, I always feel much better after a session with Amber. Highly recommend.

If you suffer from allergies, you need to see Rebekah! She is incredibly knowledgeable and kind, and the entire staff is so nice! They listen to your needs and it’s a pleasant, peaceful environment. My allergy symptoms have improved so much since I started coming here. I now don’t rely on allergy medication! Also just general health issues that are targeted with acupuncture Rebekah has helped me with. I feel a great sense of relief ! I am so happy I found them! I highly recommend Balanced You Clinic and its services. I have been taking Qi Gong classes with Rebekah for almost a year and love it. The slow, meditative movements and emphasis on breath work have given me more flexibility, better posture, and a sense of calm. I recently had 2 acupuncture treatments from Rebekah for chronic lower back, hip, and knee pain. I see improvement with pain after just 2 treatments along with increased energy. Rebekah is a fountain of knowledge, caring, and positive energy.

I’ve had a great experience at Balanced You Clinic with Rebekah. She has helped me in several ways over time and I recently tried her new SAAT treatment for grass allergies. She is knowledgeable, thoughtful, and really takes the time to listen. I’ve also had treatments with other providers there, including massage and the open room acupuncture, and have had good experiences all around. The whole clinic has a very welcoming and calming atmosphere. Definitely recommend them if you’re considering acupuncture, massage, or SAAT.
