I first started seeing Doug last February for dealing with stress, depression and anxiety from High-Functioning Autism Spectrum disorder as well as being in a unhealthy relationship/living conditions. Immediately I noticed positive effects, I continued to see him weekly, then bi-weekly, then monthly and now I see him once in a while just for a tune up, even though he says I don't really need it. Doug Petrie has literally changed my life. I used to have so, so many racing thoughts and songs and phrases running through my head 24/7, I have dealt with this all my life. This made it impossibly difficult to think clearly, communicate properly and to deal with an over abundance of external stimuli. After just one or two sessions, Doug was able to do for me more than any prescription prescribed has ever done. I can now focus, I have no uncontrollable racing thoughts or issues with external stimuli. Also I am on less than half the prescription medication that I used to be on. It was almost hard to deal with at first because I was so used to using so much energy to control my mind so that I could focus on the conversation/task at hand that once all that energy was focused on one singular point, it was overwhelming. I felt hyperactive yet focused. After a time I got used to it and was so laser focus I was able to use it to my advantage. Since seeing Doug, I have been able to accomplish more in the last 10 months than I have in the past 4 years. I would recommend and have recommended Doug Petrie to anyone, he has literally changed my life so much for the better.

Doug is a miracle worker!
