3 Best Addiction Treatment Centers in Garland, TX

Place is small and cozy. Hard to find if you don't know what you're looking for exactly since they share a building with another business. Councilor is very nice and helpful, they do want to help you get on a better track they'll help you as much as you put in the work. Front desk is very nice and always a pleasure to talk to real quick. Be ready to come early at 530 if you're trying to receive services from here. You will have to wait awhile almost 4 hours while they process you and get paper work and all that good stuff out the way. Please be patient with them! There is really only one working with the majority of people that walk in they can only do so much! My only real gripe is the way the manager treats everyone very very rude and unprofessional. I had conversations with people that go regularly like me and some were down right afraid to even speak with her whenever she was filling in for front desk! Your clients should NOT be afraid or walking eggshells to avoid being yelled at by someone in the morning! It made me not want to even show up sometimes cuz she'd change my mood for the rest of the morning... Overall the place is nice and small and you will get the help you need here just be prepared to wait. Bring everything they ask you to bring. And be nice,I shouldn't have to say this but it will make things nice and move smoothly for everyone. I like coming to this clinic, would sure love to come at a different time other than 5am but there's a reason for the time frame.

Good clinic but you do need to comply with the rules, over 20 years never has anyone tried to sel me anything. Without this clinic I would be dead without a doubt, comply and stay clean.

The new staff is amazing! Been through some pretty horrible counselors and nurses but I am so lucky that the new staff is so helpful!.

I had a great experience at Addicare. Don't trust these other bad reviews. I'm sure they are from people that didn't do what they were supposed to do. Everyone in the classes I attended loved them. Jay makes them fun and you learn so much! Judy is also a delight. You won't find a better school anywhere around, I assure you!.

I thoroughly enjoyed this class, I feel that it actively helped me control and think through my emotions as aposed to reacting in the moment. Jay is absolutely amazing! He is a very funny and open person that makes this experience all the more copeable. Friendly staff all the way around..Thank you guys!!.

I went here back in 2017 and the instructor (not sure of his name or title) was amazing! He was a Hispanic man. Very well educated and super helpful. Helped me to learn to control my quick to anger ways and realized I was being toxic in my behavior. It has forever changed how I react to things and I’m beyond grateful that I was court ordered (best thing to happen to me) to come here.
