3 Best Physical Therapists in Garland, TX

If I could rate higher than 5-star, I would. I had issues with sudden severe vertigo and lingering balance problems. Worst I've ever had. Grant and later Bree helped me resolve the vertigo first and then worked with me on the balance issues. It is mostly resolved for now. If any of it recurs, you can bet I'll be on the phone to them. They are awesome, and I highly recommend them to anyone with similar problems.

Grant and staff very helpful in maintaining my balance and avoiding falling. Also, the first person you meet, Jennie, is very friendly, helpful, and courteous.

Spotlight Physical Therapy was a great experience. From the start, everything felt professional and welcoming. Zach takes the time to really understand what’s going on and explains things in a way that makes sense. The one on one care is a big plus you never feel rushed, and each session has a purpose. The exercises were tailored and helped me keep improving even outside his sessions. He is easy to schedule with, and communication is solid. Most importantly, I saw real actual results.
