3 Best Addiction Treatment Centers in Irvine, CA

My daughter has struggled with addiction for years. She has been to Turning Tides several times throughout the course of her addiction. The owner, Ryan, has never given up on her. Even when she wasn’t ready for recovery, he never turned his back on her and was always willing to accept her back into treatment and try again. His staff including Lisa, Justin and Kylie have gone above and beyond for my daughter, always trying to keep her in treatment so that the process could work for her. It took my daughter many times to commit to treatment and recovery but Turning Tides owner and staff were always there for her. They are compassionate caring people who truly want sobriety and long term recovery for everyone who comes through their doors. My daughter just celebrated one year of sobriety and I know for sure she wouldn’t be where she is now without the care and support she received at Turning Tide’s. What happened at that facility was a truly tragic and devestating occurrence and I cannot imagine the pain that the young man’s family is experiencing. But now is not the time for blame and finger pointing. It is a time for grief, mourning, support as a recovery community and eventually healing for all those affected.

Not only has turning tides help me get sober but they were relentless and determined to help me get sober. I am now one year sober and I wouldn’t be sober today at all if it wasn’t for this treatment center. The owner ryan is a compassionate, dedicated, responsible, amazing person and sees the good in every single person even when there isn’t any good. The most beautiful people work here and they helped structure my life into one without substances. I can’t thank them enough for all they’ve done for me.

I’ve had a wonderful experience here at Turning Tides. My case worker Justin is on top of his game and made the re-assimilation process back into society seamless and smooth. Ryan the owner is such a good guy who truly wants to see you succeed in life and will do whatever it takes for that to happen. The programming and rest of the staff were phenomenal as well. Highly recommend this place.

What a wonderful experience. This staff gets it and they all get along. And they make the environment relaxed. Ask any team member and they will stop what they are doing and answer your questions. The therapists, the nurses, the T/As all are first class and care. And they have free ice cream anytime you want it. You can get well here. They have all sorts of recovery programs and there is a solid "Red Road of Recovery" Track for Native Americans. Very special and a wonderful therapist that leads this track.

Update: After consideration and follow up from a staff member who truly cares about the people here, I have decided to update my review. I will not hide what happened as this should be a significant learning lesson and create changes for improvement. No one in this facility should ever feel like at any point their health and recovery is being disregarded. Some of the best employees here are therapists Toshi and Alexis, Facilitators Gilbert and Richard, Case Manager Stephanie, TAs Marty and Gilbert, nurses Jen! Others, I am sorry I forget your name.

Great care and I had my phone after the few days for the whole 28 days. They will give you meds you need if in crisis and the doctors will see you at least 2 times a week at first then one time a week till the end of your stay.
