EMPOWER SLEEP REVIEWS

I learned about Empower Sleep from my Functional Medicine doctor. I didn’t think a ‘normal’ sleep test would suit me because I don’t sleep well away from home and a clinical setting wouldn’t suit me. After talking to Dr. Chopra on the first visit, I was a little more amenable to the sleep study since I could do it at home. The ring came a week later and I started to wear it nightly and was very shocked to see how my sleep actually was. Receiving the CPAP machine was a whole different story but had nothing to do with Empower Sleep, however, Dr. Chopra made sure to get the machine at optimum levels to help me with my sleep. It’s been almost a full month and my sleep has improved greatly, and my energy is slowly increasing. I look forward to working with Dr. Chopra going forward in this journey and I appreciate all the time he has spent helping me to get where I am today. Empower Sleep has helped me realize the issues that I was having with Sleep that were making me unhealthy overall. I would highly recommend them to anyone I speak to, including my Functional Medicine doctor since he is due for a sleep test, too.

I learned about Empower Sleep from attending the Concierge Medical Forum 2024, and the co-founder spoke about the importance of sleep, and shared how their ring can be worn overnight for a month to collect a large amount of sleep quality data. I tried it and was amazed how easy it was to use and how well it collected the data. I had a great virtual discussion with a NP and MD at the end of the month and learned some actionable steps to improve my sleep and health. Great stuff! I will certainly recommend Empower Sleep to others.

We had a great experience with Empower Sleep. My son was referred for evaluation for sleep apnea. Using the oximeter ring that was provided, we performed a sleep study from home. We then reviewed the results with Dr Lloyd and Andrea through a virtual visit and came up with an individualized treatment plan. The reviewed all of his sleep data with us in a way we could easily understand. The convenience of doing all this from the comfort of our home was unbeatable. I would highly recommend this service for anyone looking to improve their sleep.

He’s very open and knowledgeable about sleep issues, we spent over an hour on the phone (on a holiday) the first day going over my sleep problems, he was so kind to listen to all my issue and wasn’t judgmental. Thanks again David for helping me recover my sleep, anxiety.

Wow what a difference this has made in my sleep and anxiety. I was struggling to get even a few good hours sleep for about 6 months. Now I can count on getting regularly good deep and REM sleep. I feel better and have a lot more energy. David was also AMAZING to work with and so comforting and understanding. Thank you David!.

Sleep and Wellness Centers was really great!! Everyone there was really professional and the woman who conducted my sleep study was amazing! Initially, I was kind of nervous, but she explained everything so clearly and answered all of my questions and I didn’t feel like she was annoyed or anything g. A great experience and would recommend coming here!.

I had a very pleasant experience. The facility was nice and clean, the room was quiet, the bed was very comfortable which made It feel like a nice hotel room. I also liked the sleep technician "Marcus" who was very calm & friendly. I would recommend this facility to anyone in need of this type of sleep testing.

I enjoyed my sleep study at this location. I had a great helpful technician. I had no problem sleeping hooked up and the beds were nice with a relaxing atmosphere. Would be happy to go back if needed. Highly recommend Sleep and Wellness in Irvine!.
