I learned about Empower Sleep from my Functional Medicine doctor. I didn’t think a ‘normal’ sleep test would suit me because I don’t sleep well away from home and a clinical setting wouldn’t suit me. After talking to Dr. Chopra on the first visit, I was a little more amenable to the sleep study since I could do it at home. The ring came a week later and I started to wear it nightly and was very shocked to see how my sleep actually was. Receiving the CPAP machine was a whole different story but had nothing to do with Empower Sleep, however, Dr. Chopra made sure to get the machine at optimum levels to help me with my sleep. It’s been almost a full month and my sleep has improved greatly, and my energy is slowly increasing. I look forward to working with Dr. Chopra going forward in this journey and I appreciate all the time he has spent helping me to get where I am today. Empower Sleep has helped me realize the issues that I was having with Sleep that were making me unhealthy overall. I would highly recommend them to anyone I speak to, including my Functional Medicine doctor since he is due for a sleep test, too.

I learned about Empower Sleep from attending the Concierge Medical Forum 2024, and the co-founder spoke about the importance of sleep, and shared how their ring can be worn overnight for a month to collect a large amount of sleep quality data. I tried it and was amazed how easy it was to use and how well it collected the data. I had a great virtual discussion with a NP and MD at the end of the month and learned some actionable steps to improve my sleep and health. Great stuff! We had a great experience with Empower Sleep. My son was referred for evaluation for sleep apnea. Using the oximeter ring that was provided, we performed a sleep study from home. We then reviewed the results with Dr Lloyd and Andrea through a virtual visit and came up with an individualized treatment plan. The reviewed all of his sleep data with us in a way we could easily understand. The convenience of doing all this from the comfort of our home was unbeatable.
