Thanks for embracing our family! As a Mother who has been desperate for help with a (grown) son with an alcohol addiction problem…y’all have been heaven sent. As a family we have been through several treatment centers to no avail… most are just interested in the insurance money etc & when that runs out they are done! I am eternally grateful for Positive Recovery Center in Euless Tx. Glenn has been an endless support for us , constantly by our side & wanting the best for our son ! And a special thanks for Tessa & Mike who have been just as important in building our son’s confidence … such sacrifices they have all made & thanks for ALWAYS being available, no matter how late I reached out! I will always consider them as family because of the importance they all paid in my son’s recovery. Anyone who is in distress & looking for a recovery program for themselves or a loved one, I encourage you to please look into Positive Recovery Center.

My time at PRC was very short lived-only about 3.5 days. I guess we are all in different stages when it comes to recovery given past experiences and circumstances. However, PRC provided me assistance with the crucifixion and resurrection that I needed to connect with myself and begin to live a sober life as I have now been clean for over a month. The people in the facility-Glenn, Jon, Dr. Urlich, the nurses, the RAs, to even the culinary team are kind and are highly interested in your recovery and are prepared to meet you with where you are to see you succeed. You can tell from their medical information to personal experiences that they truly mean to guide you in the right way. It was disappointing to have such a short-lived relationship with them, but I value the foundation they helped me build.

My brother was recently admitted to Positive Recovery’s 30 day inpatient addiction, treatment facility for treatment of his alcoholism. The staff members were wonderful! I want to especially thank my brother’s counselor, Jon Dwinell, for his warmth, kindness, and professional guidance. Also, Glenn Carosella, the director, made the admission process so easy. He also was very available to answer questions. The nurses and RA’s were wonderful. I really like the values and treatment philosophy of this facility.

I have waited to write this review until I had some time of sobriety under my belt. February 7, 2023 I entered myself into Valley Hope of Grapevine. I did not know until I entered into the program how very sick I was. I just knew that I wanted to put the bottle down and I couldn’t for even a day. I went in with the intention of nothing more than just getting alcohol out of my body physically, so I could be strong enough to say no to a drink. That was 3 yrs, 1 mo and 5 days ago. Total sobriety. The people, the family of Valley Hope truly saved my life that day. Not only was I able to get the alcohol out of my system permanently, but I received so much more. I am a walking miracle thanks to this treatment center and the top notch care I receive from counselors and nurses and doctors. And. I walked out of there having a network of sober friends that I will be in touch with for a lifetime. I want to give a very special shout out to Christopher and Joseph from IOP for all their professional help and love and care given during that very difficult time. I am healthier and happier than I have been in 25 years.

This is a great facility with friendly staff and knowledgeable counselors. They made the stay very comfortable and dedicated their time to my recovery in a very personal and safe manner. I would highly recommend Valley Hope to anyone seeking treatment from drugs or alcohol. My overall experience was very positive and encouraging.

Highly recommend Valley Hope, the staff is caring, patient, helpful. There is no shaming or feeling like just a number. They have created a welcoming accepting environment for their patients and they are determined to make sure you succeed without feeling pressured for any timeframe. Valley Hope saved my life.
