Down to earth, reasonable prices, but clean, professional, and caring. Solid choice for normies like us who want good care for their pets but don't necessarily think their dogs are people. Not to be mean, but they are a breath of fresh air (literally and figuratively) after going to Shady Grove animal hospital down the road for a few years.

The staff were very nice. I had an emergency with my fur baby and they were very accomandating. I think is speaks volumes since they saw me an hour and a half before closing. Thank you to the staff and Doctor at Story Rd. A nimal Hospital.

I had called 8 vets and no one would help me. I found a kitten on a very busy highway. Even though Story Road was fully booked they still took the little baby and gave her and exam and made sure she was gonna be ok! I am beyond thankful for this animal hospital.

VALLEY RANCH PET CLINIC REVIEWS

Absolutely amazing clinic. Clean, lots of space and even had a nice scented candle going. Waiting room decor was hilarious. Reception was fantastic, happy to help answer questions and set up appointments, as well as manage several customers and phone calls at the same time. The techs and vet were kind and so patient with my cat. They use fear free light restraint that really made my cat comfortable and safe. He's a big baby and I didn't expect him to be as calm as he was. Pricing is what it is, but worth every penny. My little bud is already feeling better. Pet insurance is definitely a resource everyone should look into. Will absolutely be coming back.

For more than 20 years I have taken my furry best friends to VRPC. I’ve always been happy with the care they have received. Lilly’s recent TPLO surgery is no exception. Her recovery is going great…in fact so much better than I expected and I credit that to the care given in the surgery.

All staff at Valley Ranch Pet Clinic are wonderful. They understand the needs of you and your animal and do everything best to help! Even down to scanning my dogs chip, which reads his temp, instead of taking it physically. He was already nervous and this was above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and trust the process. Thank you!.
